Gâteau Canadien
C'est le gâteau qui diverti les invités au moment du dessert... :D
Allez-y..devinez quels ingrédients le composent ;)
En général, personne ne trouve...et oui, il faut dire que la carotte, bien qu'elle soit indispensable,est assez discrète en bouche;) , idem pour l'ananas ;) .
INGREDIENTS:
13 noix (broyées à la main en petits morceaux)
100 g de carottes râpées
170 g d'ananas broyé et bien essoré
200 g de farine
1 cuillère à café de levure
3/4 de cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude
1 cuillère à café de cannelle
1/4 de cuillère à café de sel
3 oeufs
150 g de sucre semoule
100 ml d'huile (type ISIO 4)
Prélever une cuillère à soupe de farine sur les 200 g et l'ajouter aux noix en mélangeant bien.
Mélanger l'ananas,les carottes et les noix enfarinées.Réserver.
Tamiser ensemble la farine,la levure,le bicarbonate de soude,la cannelle et le sel.
Battre les oeufs jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien mousseux.Ajouter petit à petit le sucre semoule.Lorsque le sucre est bien fondu,ajouter l'huile en filet tout en continuant de battre.
Incorporer cette préparation aux ingrédients secs puis ajouter délicatement le mélange ananas-carottes-noix.
Verser dans un moule de 22 cm de diamètre,beurré et fariné.
Cuire à 200°C pendant 35 minutes.
