SWAP MACARONS -colis reçu!!!!!(Merci Pralinettes)
Oh lala!!! J'ai été TRES gatée!!!!
C'est Hilde du blog "Pralinettes" qui m'a envoyé mon colis....et quel colis!! Merci beaucoup pour tous ces superbes cadeaux...et cette présentation si soignée!! Noël avant l'heure!!
Pour résumer...ma chère Swappeuse m'a envoyé une trés gentille lettre,3 arômes(coco,grenadine et lavande),un trés beau livre de Thomas Feller,une corne (et oui, Pralinettes macaronne à la corne...la prochaine fois,je délaisse ma maryse et je teste la corne ;) ) et un trés beau coffret garni de 24 merveilleux macarons!
J'avoue que j'espérais secrétement que l'envoi vienne de chez elle..et oui, comme tu dis Hilde, "le hasard fait parfois bien les choses" ;)
Forcément, je me suis jeté dessus :D et je me suis régalée!!Bon ok, Hilde utilise ma recette pour ces coques, mais ses ganaches sont excellentes et la cuisson des coques,leur collerette,la forme...tout est parfait..une vraie maîtrise!!!J'ai gouté au safran pour commencer...vu que ce sont ses préférés..et j'ai été de suite conquise:)hummmm!!!Mais tous sont délicieux!!

- Macarons !!bonjour, je suis devenue une accro de votre blog depuis quelques temps, et aujourd'hui, je me lance, car,... encore des macarons... J'ai tenté votre recette, le résultat n'est pas parfait, mais je m'y approche tout doucement, par contre, une question, les colorants des grandes surfaces ne rendent pas ce fini que l'on retrouve chez vous... Puis-je me permettre de vous poser la question qui a été mainte fois posée sur votre blog, où vous approvisionnez-vous en colorant...?
