Maki !!!!Makis Au Saumon;Saumon/Sésame;Thon/Mayonnaise
Pas de recette pour ces makis...je trouve que c'est vraiment en fonction du goût niveau "assaisonnement",et puis on en trouve assez sur le net...surtout en qui concerne le riz,et vous trouverez aussi des pas à pas trés bien faits pour rouler les makis avec le makisu .
J'ai utilisé des ingrédients japonais:riz japonais,vinaigre de riz,sauce de soja,wasabi et j'ai fait mes petits makis au saumon,saumon/sésame grillé et thon/mayonnaise.
Les makis,de toute façon,c'est vraiment en fonction de ce que l'on trouve dans notre réfrigérateur ,dans nos placards et selon nos envies du moment!
Aux légumes,à l'omelette,aux poissons crus bien évidemment...un petit mélange de tout ça..bref, n'hésitez pas!!
