Risotto: Facile Et RAPIDE!!!
Franchement,le risotto,on est d'accord, c'est délicieux...mais bon sang que c'est contraignant à faire!!!
Voici donc MON risotto...vous pouvez y aller...aprés des années à faire le risotto louche aprés louche,j'ai pu comparer largement..et il n'y a aucune différence à la dégustation!!!Super non??!! :)
Je vous mets la recette de base que l'on peut bien sûr agrémenter selon les envies ;)
INGREDIENTS:
50 cl d'eau
1 cube de bouillon de volaille
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 oignon
200 g de riz a risotto
15 cl de vin blanc
30 g de beurre froid
30 g de parmesan
Porter à ébullition l'eau avec le cube de bouillon de volaille.
Faire revenir l'oignon émincé dans un peu d'huile,puis ajouter le riz.Tourner sans arrêt jusqu'à ce que les grains soient bien translucides.
Ajouter le vin blanc puis le bouillon de volaille bouillant.
Couvrir et laisser cuire à feu moyen pendant 20 minutes.
Ajouter le beurre froid et bien mélanger,puis ajouter le parmesan.
Et voilà, c'est fini,vous pouvez servir ;)
