Tarte Tatin Au Saumon
Avec ce beau temps qui revient,les envies changent! Voici donc du soleil dans l'assiette;)
Légère et fraiche cette tarte peu se manger chaude,tiède ou même froide !! :)
INGREDIENTS:
1 pâte feuilletée
400 g de fromage blanc à 40%
4 oeufs
500 g de saumon
2 cuillères à soupe de farine
baies roses
2 cuillères à café d'aneth
sel/poivre
2 tranches de saumon fumé
1 citron
Tapisser le fond d'un moule à tarte à bords hauts de papier cuisson.
Mélanger le fromage blanc,les oeufs et la farine en pluie. Ajouter le sel,le poivre,l'aneth et une quinzaine de baies roses.
Couper le saumon en petits dés et l'ajouter à la préparation précédente.
Verser le tout dans le moule à tarte et recouvrir de la pâte feuilletée,en la rentrant le long des bords.Faire un trou au centre pour laisser s'échapper la vapeur.
Cuire à 220°C pendant 45 minutes.
Décorer avec le citron et le saumon fumé avant de servir.
